I have access to the wrong cohort in UCL eXtend
UCL eXtend access is issued once the DfE portal has been completed. If you feel you have received access to the wrong cohort, it could be that your induction tutor has registered you incorrectly on the DfE. Please check with them in the first instance, if the cohort allocation on the DfE is incorrect, please raise a ticket with the DfE using the email address: email@example.com
Please also get in touch via the link here, and we can send over materials needed whilst the cohort allocation is corrected.
If the allocation on the DfE is correct, please get in touch with us and we will pick up with UCL direct.
